  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic (India):
    Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be leviable at actuals (approx. ₹120 per order).

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

Packaging

  • All jewellery is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Shri Chintamani Jewellers will not be responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect address details.
